We are buzzing with excitement as we welcome you and your guests to enjoy our resort!

🚙 Guests arriving after hours or over the weekend must obtain and wear a temporary orange wristband from Security.
Visit the Main Office on the next business day to officially register your guests with us. We will issue a new wristband in exchange for the orange one.

💰 October Financials have been uploaded.
We will discuss them at the next Open Board Meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 10am in the Rec Hall. Log into the HOA Portal to view Financials in the “Documents” folder. Click the following link to read about how the HOA Portal and roadhaven.com websites are two separate websites.

🧑‍🌾 You can now borrow items from our garden shed.
We only ask that you return items in the same location and condition.

Pet Reminders

We love seeing our residents enjoy our parks with their pets! Please remember our community expectations for pet owners:

Keep your pets on a leash
Carry waste bags and water
Clean messes from pet waste

Volunteer Opportunities

We are excited to have received and interviewed many volunteer applicants! To those interested in joining our committees, applications remain open online.

For example, our Shuffleboard Club had volunteers who helped organize their Banquet on Nov. 8 and park 100+ vehicles! We want to recognize and thank:

Every Wednesday thereafter, our Board of Directors with Roadhaven’s CFO and Management have open office hours from 8-10am in the Boardroom for further questions and discussions.

Property owners – use the button below to join my Dear Roadie Facebook Group. Currently, there are over 500 members! It might take a day or two to get you checked in but all owners will be accepted.

If you are a renter, you can still view all of my letters on my web page.

If you would like to submit your Dear Roadie letter, use the form on my page (roadhaven.com/roadie). When using the form, authors stay anonymous, and I will respond as soon as I have the facts lined up. It takes time to gather data from CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, Meeting Minutes, old Newsletters, and various departments, management, and members of the Board or Committees when needed. This process allows me to provide you with accurate information and facts.
