HAPPY FRIDAY, ROADHAVEN
As temperatures continue to rise, we want to remind everyone to stay cool and hydrated during these warmer days. As the season wraps up, please be sure to follow the check-out process outlined below.
Thank you for making this a wonderful season filled with great memories and community spirit. For those of you still here at Roadhaven, you can enjoy Live Music on the Patio, Wednesday, April 9 and 16 from 2 to 4pm with Scott & Friends (4/9) and Chris Hiatt duo(4/16). As always BYOB & Chairs. See you there. For those of you traveling, we wish you safe travels and look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
End-of-Season Reminders
- Complete the check-out process using the Property Caretaker Information form.
- Register your guests online – make sure your guests stop and get a wristband from Security.
- Use this form to order your mail forwarding labels.
Bi-Weekly Notice
As the season winds down, we’re transitioning to a bi-weekly newsletter. While the pace is changing, our commitment to keeping you informed and inspired remains the same. Thank you for making this season so special—we look forward to staying connected every other week!
Golf Update
Tee times are limited to a maximum of four (4) players—no additional players permitted.
The Golf Shop will close for the summer after April 11. Reopening details will be announced in the fall.
Do Not Throw Coins in the Fountain
While tossing coins into fountains for good luck is a cherished tradition, it can cause serious damage over time. Coins clog filters, corrode parts, and lead to costly repairs. To keep the Bell Tower Fountain at Roadhaven Resort beautiful and running smoothly, please refrain from tossing coins into the water. Thank you for helping us preserve this special feature for everyone to enjoy.
GOLF UPDATES
Important notice: Please return any rented flags to the Golf Shop before the end of the season.
We’re excited to announce a 20% off sale on all Golf Shop merchandise, such as shirts, hats, visors, and bangers to make room for fresh new styles next season, including requested Ladies’ XXLs!
Our Golf Course is very busy this time of year! Last-minute tee times are getting harder to find, so try to book yours a day or two in advance to get the time you want.
To help us stay on schedule, please have your whole group check in at the Golf Shop at least 10 minutes before your tee time. If you need to pay or rent equipment, arrive even earlier. If you’re ready and checked in, we might even get you out a little early!
Remember to play “ready golf.” Tee times are set every 7–8 minutes, and a group of four should finish 9 holes in about an hour. We want everyone to enjoy the course, so please keep the game moving. Our volunteer Marshals are here to help with that.
Wear your ID badge at all times.
If you’re golfing after hours, please use the honor system. Members, fill out a slip; non-members, place payment in an envelope. Both go into the slot in the Golf Shop door. It’s important for us to track all rounds played as it is required by the State of Arizona for all golf courses. Thank you for helping us keep the course running smoothly!
Join our Golf Shop Team! We’re always looking for passionate individuals with strong customer service skills and a love for golf! We are excited to open the application process for next season with possible early training this season for remaining coverage needs.
To apply: Submit your completed application and resume to Gina Gulla (accounting@roadhaven.com) in the Main Office.
FROM THE MAIN OFFICE
As our peak season wraps up, our Main Office will remain busy. We ask everyone to plan ahead.
Remember to update your information and listings before you go. Check the Homeowner Directory on the HOA Portal. If changes are needed to your information, complete the Information Change Request Form no later than May 30. Otherwise, it will list as it currently appears for the 2025-26 Printed Directory. No action is required if your details are correct. Contact Sarah Lindsay at board@roadhaven.com if you have questions.
A limited supply of the 2024-25 Printed Directory remains available at the Main Office. Everyone is welcome to take one on a first-come, first-served basis before you travel for the summer.
Order mail forwarding labels before you leave Roadhaven! You can order them through our Mailing Labels Request Form.
