RESORT BASICS
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Front Office winter hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Activities Office hours are 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
- Badges are to be worn at all times in common areas.
- Please adhere to appropriate dress code in common areas.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only:
o The bench at the west side of the Bell Tower
o The bench at the southwest corner of the Golf Pro Shop
o Private Property - Please read and observe posted signs.
- Hosts are responsible for their guests.
- Pets must be registered in the office, there is a $20.00 fee. Please submit a copy of current rabies vaccination certificate. Pets are not allowed in common areas. Leash must not be more than 6 feet.
- All vehicles must observe 10 mph limit, including golf carts.
- Do not ride bicycles through common areas.
- Only golfers allowed on golf course.
- Swimming pool – No diving, running, or jumping. Children under 3, who are not toilet trained, must wear a swim diaper.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Golf Carts – Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Golf Course – Golfers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a Roadhaven name badge.
- Pool Room – Children under the age of 12 are not allowed. Children 12 and over must be accompanied by an adult wearing a Roadhaven name badge.
- Tennis Courts – Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a Roadhaven name badge.
- Therapy Pools – Children under 12 not allowed; Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a Roadhaven photo ID badge.
- Shuffleboard Courts – Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a Roadhaven name badge who knows the proper procedure for cleaning and waxing courts.
- Skateboards/Scooters – Not allowed.
- Bicycles – No riding bicycles on sidewalks or around buildings. Must obey all traffic laws.

Roadhaven General Rules & Age Restrictions
When you check in, you are assigned the mailbox associated with the unit you are renting. If you have a key in your mailbox, you will need to get your package out of the parcel boxes located near the mailboxes. If you have a pink slip you will need to go to the mailroom window to pick up your package.
All parcels except United States Post Office will be delivered directly to your residence. Please address all packages and mail following the EXAMPLES below using your unit and street number where applicable:

The Activities Office is located in the Rec Hall and opened seasonally, from October – March. The Activities at a Glance Newsletter is emailed to every resident on Mondays (October – March). UTILITIES AND FACILITIES​
Laundry facilities are located across from the Apache Building (Creative Crafts, Computer Club, Music Room). The machines are coin operated, and it is open daily from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.
VIEW MAPS
Small trash containers for household trash are located by the Art studio. Large trash containers are located East of the Woodshop and West of the Apache Building.

There are two Reverse Osmosis (RO) water machines; one is adjacent to the Phase I pool area, and the other is in the Apache Building parking lot. Water is $0.25/gallon.Â
