LET'S HAVE SOME FUN, ROADHAVEN
With the season winding down, we are highlighting some of our March events coming up:
Music Bingo returns this Saturday, March 1 with Happy Hour starting us off at 5:30pm.
Roadhaven Resort cordially invites all golfers to the Annual Golf Fundraiser Shotgun / Scramble Tournament on Sunday, March 2 – sponsored by Moss Overland Park Model Homes and Froggy Fix Plumbing! For more details, including registration, visit the Golf page.
Celebrate Mardi Gras with us in our Parade with entertainment this Tuesday, March 4. We welcome anyone interested in participating in the Parade! Stop by the Activities Office for more details.
Join the Fitness Club in “Walk Around the Park” on Saturday, March 15. Registration begins at the Fitness Center at 8:30am, with the Walk starting at 9am. Bring comfortable shoes appropriate for walking, your ID badge, and water. Monitors, golf cart support, and a water station will be provided. A full route map with a 2.1-mile option around the Roadhaven in-wall perimeter or a shorter 0.6-mile loop is available at the Activities Office. The Fitness Club encourages all residents to continue walking or using our facilities for better wellness.
Win cash prizes at our 3rd Annual Cornhole Tournament on Thursday, March 20. Lunch and play tickets are available for $10. Lunch and watch tickets are $5. For more information, visit the Activities page.
rOADHAVEN SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Since 1992, Roadhaven Resort has provided scholarships to Apache Junction High School seniors. Beginning this year, our Scholarship Committee is pleased to include senior students from the Sunshine Acres Children’s Home.
Now you can help us continue providing more opportunities and hope to deserving local high school students. You can place checks addressed to Roadhaven Church with the memo “Scholarship” in the In Park Mail slot.
You do not have to attend Roadhaven Church to support this cause. We do invite you to our “Scholarship Sunday” event on March 9.

This Monday’s food truck is Fajita Freaks AZ (Mexican, Tacos, Spanish). Our visiting food trucks park at the Shuffleboard/Tennis Parking Lot from 4-7pm.

- Set up tables and chairs yourself
- Clean the tables after the event
- Put away tables and chairs you used
- Return the room to the standard Coffee Talk layout posted on the Club Announcement board in the back of the Rec Hall
