As we enter this meaningful weekend, we hope you find time for reflection, renewal, and connection with loved ones. Whether you’re celebrating with tradition or simply enjoying the beauty of spring, we wish you a season filled with peace, joy, and hope.

This newsletter is short but has important summer hours information, April Birthdays, and golf updates.

Hospitality and Information – Mon. –  Fri.: Appointment only

Summer Coffee & Donuts also kicks off Tuesday, May 06 in the Rec Hall at 7:30 AM. Come enjoy coffee, donuts, and great conversation — just $2 per person.

Side note, the floors in the Apache building are being replaced and that is why summer Coffee and Donuts is in the Rec Hall.

Golf Pro Shop Sale & Course Updates

Swing into savings! Shirts and hats are currently 30% off in the Golf Pro Shop—a perfect time to stock up on your summer golf gear.

Here are a few course updates to keep in mind:

  • April 25: Golf ball retrieval will take place in Pond #4.

  • Early May: We’ll begin draining Ponds #8 and #9.

  • These ponds will remain empty for a short period to allow the silt to dry before removal and refilling. This process is expected to wrap up by the second or third week of May.

Thank you for your patience as we maintain and improve the course for everyone’s enjoyment!

FROM THE MAIN OFFICE

As our peak season wraps up, our Main Office will remain busy. We ask everyone to plan ahead. 

Remember to update your information and listings before you go. Check the Homeowner Directory on the HOA Portal. If changes are needed to your information, complete the Information Change Request Form no later than May 30. Otherwise, it will list as it currently appears for the 2025-26 Printed Directory. No action is required if your details are correct. Contact Sarah Lindsay at board@roadhaven.com if you have questions.

A limited supply of the 2024-25 Printed Directory remains available at the Main Office. Everyone is welcome to take one on a first-come, first-served basis before you travel for the summer.

Order mail forwarding labels before you leave Roadhaven! You can order them through our Mailing Labels Request Form.
