Our final Roadhaven Marketplace of the season is tomorrow, Saturday, March 8.
This is a great opportunity to buy, sell, trade, or give away items. The event runs from 9am to 12:30pm in the Rec Hall. There will be coffee and donuts for purchase as well as a food truck.

We have limited inventory left for our Aussie Chiller Soaker Hats, available at the Main Office for $60.
This hand-washable hat is designed with 2X sun protection and small holes for cooling. Try soaking it for an instant chill to stay cool for hours, using it to protect from the elements, or simply wearing it for style! It has a comfortable fit for both men and women, with several color and size options.

Did you know?
Approval of any change the governing documents requires both a quorum (a prescribed minimum number of people voting) and a prescribed percentage of those votes being cast in the affirmative (the approval majority). We’ve clarified the quorum wording for special assessments. View the doc here or on Board page.

We urge you to apply for an open volunteer position on the Finance Committee. If you have financial acumen and/or a business background, please complete the Committee Application Form.

Let’s not delay – vote today!
You have 10 days left to submit your vote for Board of Director candidates and the CC&R amendment! Whether electronic or mail-in, our Office must receive all ballots by 3pm on Monday, March 17 – NO EXCEPTIONS. Remember, every vote counts!

GOLF UPDATES

There will be no standing tee times on the following dates; contact our Golf Shop to reschedule:

Our Golf Course is very busy this time of year! Last-minute tee times are getting harder to find, so try to book yours a day or two in advance to get the time you want.

To help us stay on schedule, please have your whole group check in at the Golf Shop at least 10 minutes before your tee time. If you need to pay or rent equipment, arrive even earlier. If you’re ready and checked in, we might even get you out a little early!

Remember to play “ready golf.” Tee times are set every 7–8 minutes, and a group of four should finish 9 holes in about an hour. We want everyone to enjoy the course, so please keep the game moving. Our volunteer Marshals are here to help with that.

Wear your ID badge at all times.

If you’re golfing after hours, please use the honor system. Members, fill out a slip; non-members, place payment in an envelope. Both go into the slot in the Golf Shop door. It’s important for us to track all rounds played as it is required by the State of Arizona for all golf courses. Thank you for helping us keep the course running smoothly!

Join our Golf Shop Team! We’re always looking for passionate individuals with strong customer service skills and a love for golf! We are excited to open the application process for next season with possible early training this season for remaining coverage needs.

FROM THE MAIN OFFICE

Our Main Office continues to be busy through our peak season, so we ask everyone to plan ahead. 

If you have Spring Break guests, you can complete the Guest Registration Form to avoid waiting in line. Remember that all guests must wear their wristbands for their entire stay. If the Main Office is closed, you can pick up temporary orange wristbands for your guests from Security. You may exchange these orange wristbands in the Main Office on the next available business day.

Update your information and listings:

  • Check the Homeowner Directory on the HOA Portal. If changes are needed to your information, or Real Estate, Rentals, or Classifieds listings, contact Sarah Lindsay at board@roadhaven.com.
    No action is required if your details are correct.

Order mail forwarding labels before you leave Roadhaven! You can order them through our Mailing Labels Request Form.
